Each month O. M. Tiffany will learn about a chosen character trait.  The students in a selected grade will nominate a community member who demonstrates the trait.  They will write about the person they selected. 

Each classroom teacher will also award a student in their class that they feel demonstrates the trait.  Students are chosen based upon how they treat others and the effort they demonstrate in doing their class work and homework.
